Any nail salons in the Opera Garnier area?

My daughter has finally stopped biting her nails! Her incentive was that I treat her to a real %26#39;French%26#39; polish when we visit Paris in February - Please could someone point me in the direction of a nail salon - preferably within walking distance of the Opera Garnier - thanks in advance
