Marina de Bercy dinner cruise

I will be a Paris first timer in April and am thinking of booking the Marina de Bercy cruise.

Few questions:

- Whats the route like?

- Whats the view from the vessel like?

- Is there any entertainment/music on board?

- How long is the cruise?

- Most important - does the price of the meal include wine/champagne?

Many thanks

I hadn%26#39;t heard of this one before, but Google chucked up this site

www.cometoparis.com/interact4/www/come6.php4…

Thanks, but that website does little to answer any of my questions.

Would appreciate some info from those who have been on that particular cruise.

One thing I noticed was that the later cruise (9pm) is not only more expensive, but does NOT serve drinks... why?

Just about every one of your questions may be answered by referring to the MARINA de BERCY Dinner Cruises web site--

La MARINA de BERCY--

http://www.marinadeparis.com/va/index.htm

There is some sort of light dinner music/entertainment aboard during the cruise.

The are drinks available for ALL dinner cruises...it%26#39;s just that for the earlier cruise, SOME drinks are INCLUDED within the prix fixe menus...and for the later cruise, there is an expanded menu and drinks (while still available) are NOT included in the prix fixe. That%26#39;s all that %26quot;..No drinks..%26#39; means.

In summer, the later dinner cruise is preferred, since sunsets do not occur until 9-9:30 PM or so...so that you see the sights along the Seine in late-twilight into full dark, with many of the sites along the Seine artfully illuminated...including a lighted Eiffel Tower, which %26#39;..twinkles..%26#39; for ten minutes on the hour.

In winter, when sunsets are at 5-5:30 PM, you still get the daylight-to-dark and illuminations during the earlier cruises.
