cider

When last in France many years ago I enjoyed cidre bouche at the creperies. I%26#39;ll be in Paris this spring so any suggestions for creperies or bistro/bars serving superior cidres?

I%26#39;m a big fan of natural French sparkling ciders. Most of the naturally sparkling ciders I%26#39;ve ever had at crêperies came by the pitcher rather than by the bottle...and all were good. I did bring home a couple of bottles that I purchased in a local NICOLAS shop several years ago...and have been able to re-order through US suppliers since then. The French producers are---

DUCHÉ de LONGUEVILLE--

%26#39;..Cidre Bouché de Cru...%26#39;

Muscadet de Dieppe..

2.5% Alcohol by Volume.

HEROUT--

%26#39;..Le Cidre Bouché..%26#39;

5% alcohol by volume
