We want to take a day trip from Bayeux to Dieppe with a short stop in Honfleur. I hear that leaving bags in your car is not a good idea. Is there somewhere to leave them? (Same for Dieppe until we arrive at our hotel in Rouen).

Leaving your bags in your car in Europe is the same as leaving your bags in your car in the US or Canada. Lock them in the trunk. Don%26#39;t leave anything out that makes someone want to break into the car. If you get a car with no trunk, cover the bags. Most cars have a thing that pulls out over the back when there is no trunk. Don%26#39;t worry. Just be cautious like you would at home. But remember to lock your car doors when you drive. I have yet to get a rental car in Europe that has automatic door locks and we have to really remember to lock our doors while driving. Have fun.
