san sebastien to biarritz

Do the trains run on Saturday afternoon and Sunday? I%26#39;m having some trouble getting the information.

I have travelled frequently in this area.

The little train from San Sebastian (it%26#39;s more like a tram/streetcar really) runs every day to the border at Hendaye. Trains run about every 30 minutes; the journey takes 36 minutes.

Times at www.euskotren.es but Spanish or Basque languages only. NB San Sebastian is Donostia in the local language so look for Donostia in the timetable.

From Hendaye to Biarritz the local trains of SNCF do run every day but the service is very irregular. Journey time 20- 30 minutes depending on number of intermediate stops.

Times at ter-sncf.com/Images/Bordeaux%20-%20Hendaye_t…

French language only.

Hope that helps.
