There is actually a book with just Paris walking tours. It is either Fodors or Frommers I think. But, many general Paris tour books have great outlined walking tours for you to do on your own. That is the way I prefer to go. I do know that for something different that Fat Bike Tours is fantastic and offers both day and night tours.

If you do a simple SEARCH of the threads on this TA forum, using %26quot;..WALKING TOURS..%26quot; as your search criteria, you will discover a GREAT DEAL of useful information on this topic. Having done that basic research and learned a LOT; return with more specific questions.

How many hours and how many kilometers would you be willing to walk?

I have taken Paris Walks of the Latin Quarter,
Marais, Isle de la Cite and French Revolution.
About 2 hours in length, E10 and a wealth of
knowledge and a good experience.

We have taken at least 5 of the Paris Walks tours -
Marais, Paris During the Occupation, Musee Marmottan, Les Halles Market and Musee D%26#39;Orsay. We also booked a private tour of the Louvre for ouselves and guests. The guides are very knowledgeable and entertaining!
