Summer jobs for American college students?

Are there any programs or summer jobs in Paris for American college students interested in living in Paris for the summer? Would anyone recommend an au pair type of position, or an organization that specializes in this sort of job placement?

Nothing precludes your finding informal tutoring or au pair positions but you probably will not find an organization specializing in placing students until the 1 year study requirement is fulfilled.

Be aware that going au pair in a family in Paris means to work, take care seriously and properly of the children, and not being in a family that is in charge of providing resources and fun for holidays..
