Wine Tasting

I know there have to be several places where there are wine tastings. Can you all recommend some great places to do this?

We are staying near Rue Motorgueil- I know that there is a street market there- are there wine tastings at the street markets?

As a rule, no...there aren%26#39;t wine merchants offering free samples at street markets...passing out samples in little paper cups.

If you want to sample a variety of different wines, there are any number of wine bars in Paris that offer wide selections by-the-glass...though €uros will change hands.

A good one (and a %26#39;keeper%26#39; for any restaurant list you%26#39;re making) in the same immediate neighborhood as Le Derniére Goutte (the same owner) is--

We booked a wine tasting via Fat Tire Bike Tours (odd, I know) which looks like it is actually run by O Chateau. We’ll be back the 19th and I’m sure I’ll be posting about it in our review!
