Hi,please help,
I have two different questions -
1. I cannot find any information on rental fares for skis in Tignes. How much are plain/advanced/expert skis at this season there?
2. Is it real to plan one day trip from Tignes to Paris by Eurostar (through Bourge-Maurice)?
Thank you!

Hi,
http://www.snowfun.com will give you an indication of rental prices if you look at %26#39;book on line%26#39; - most shops will charge about the same, but you might find better deals in resort.
A daytrip to Paris isn%26#39;t really practical - I think the only way you%26#39;d manage it is to leave the night before at about 8pm, catch the TGV sleeper to Paris from Bourg St Maurice which will get you into Paris at about 6am, then catch it back to be back in Bourg St Maurice the next day at 7am. Add in the taxis up and down the mountain and it would be expensive and tiring I think.
Cheers,
Matt

Thank you very much Matt,
You%26#39;are very helpful for both my questions - I couldn%26#39;t decide whether I should take my old battered skis with me and have all transportation problems or to rent them at the resort. Since the prices are quite reasonable, I think the latter is the better. And for skiing break we will choose the place of excursion closer than Paris, yet Paris deserves much more than one day...
Thanks again,
Andrei
