I%26#39;m looking at Viking Burgundy river cruise which starts from Chalon-sur-saone and calls on Beaune, Burgundy, Lyon, Vienne, Tournon, Vivers, Arles and ends up at Avignon. Since my knowledge of these areas are rather blank and going by itinerary descriptions, can anyone tell me if these areas would be fascinating to see and get around or keep clear of and consider alternatives? Thanks.

I was wondering if you ever did this cruise? We are going on the same one in March and I cannot find any reviews of it. Thanks
