Hi can you suggest itinerary for us we will arrive on the chunnel(?) train mid morning 4 June after 3week tour of England will fly home early on 7th. Must haves so far are Saint Chapelle and the Louvre also night visit to Eiffel Tower. I would like to see
Van Goghs The Room any Renoirs and numerous others of course but reality says different. Are there any particular galleries etc you would reccomend in the Louvre the place is huge and our time so limited. James is mad on history and we will be going to British Museum in London to see the egyptian xhibit there so is the Louvre%26#39;s substantially different. Would you suggest anything espec french or parisian that a boy would enjoy. Also any suggestions of places to stay reasonably budget priced central and easy to get around would be great. Thanks Robyn

Go to the Les Invalides where there is Napoleon%26#39;s bier and a great military museum with many weapons from the world wars and before.
The Louvre is too huge for much more than the Winged Victory, Mona Lisa, and Venus de Milo. After that, get out is my advice. Go across the street to Angelina%26#39;s for the World%26#39;s Best hot chocolate, favored by Coco Channel for years in booth #11. The musee d%26#39;orsay, across the Seine, is our favorite with so many masterpieces--Renoir, Manet, Monet, Whistler (mother), Van gogh, Rembrandt-- and you can go right up to them all and take pictures without any security interference. Amazing access and the paintings are so world-class.
You MUST go up to the top of the ET. Find out when they open from their website and arrive an hour before and you will be the first up to the top. There are 2 elevators, one from the ground and the next to the rest of the way up, but the staff will direct you from the first up to the next to the top.
