Can you please tell me the road conditions if we wish to travel from toulose to barcelona in January next year ? will there be snow on the roads and will it be icy and slippery on the scenic routes?

If you take the motorway via Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan and Girona you will not have any problem in January.
If you want to go via the Puymorens Tunnel and Ripoll, you may have snow.
