Feedback on 5 restaurants, svp! Short & specific list.

Hi, I was hoping for some feedback on a few restaurants we’ve chosen for our stay in Paris in a couple of weeks (so great to say that!). Most of these recommendations came from TripAdvisor posts, but if anyone has additional feedback I’d appreciate it:

Breizh Café -- 109, rue Vieille du Temple – Breton creperie in the 3rd

L%26#39;Insulaire – 16, rue Grégoire de Tours – affordable bistro near our apartment in the 6th

Au Petit Marguery -- 9, Boulevard de Port-Royal – in the 13th

Chez Alexis et Daniel – 5, rue d’Arras – in the 5th

Le Relais Entrecote – 15, rue Marbeuf (for steak frites) – in the 8th

Any input/opinions/recommendations would be much appreciated!

Le Petit Marguery has been a favorite bistro of mine for several years. It%26#39;s not hugely popular with the tourist segment (yet?), maybe because it%26#39;s not in %26quot;tourist-central%26quot; Paris. Another is Chez Dumonet in the 5th.

Au Petit Marguery is not elegant or fancy, but is a real bistro with old-fashioned French cuisine. The service is considered good. Le Relais Entrecote is popular.

Breizh is excellent. I have been to their restaurant in Cancale, but not in Paris....but I%26#39;m sure it%26#39;s the same. Plus, David LEbovitz just posted about it and loves it...and I trust his opinion completely.

Au Petit Marguery is a good choice.

Don%26#39;t know the others.

Thanks so much, everyone! Yes, I rely on David Lebovitz%26#39;s site quite a bit ... as well as this forum. Problem is all this research makes me quite hungry ... and my lunch seem that much less tempting.
