Hi this year we are considering going to Biarritz for a change usually we have a few days in the Nice area so this will be a change for us but we are more concerned about the weather is it better to go in June than September when we normally go to Nice.

Impossible to say, IMHO. Both should be very good months to visit, being out of the high season but when the weather is normally good.
But Biarritz is on the Atlantic coast, and while its overall climate is extremely kind, it does have wet and windy spells.

hi there
i was in Biarritz in early September for a week last year it was warm and sunny every day although it can get nippy in the morning and at night its quite cold
its such a gorgeous place you will really enjoy it.
my friend was in the area in June /July and there was rain and grey days and it was apparently rather chilly....
i think its the luck of the draw but from experience September was gorgeous
good luck :)
